Faith: believing in the unseen, and knowing it is real.
It is an inherent need to feel “happy” and satisfied in your life; to have a sense of purpose and direction. There are many barriers that prevent individuals from finding this happiness. The Faith Factory’s goal is to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; what they mean, and how they relate to your current barriers to fulfillment.
Together, we will work to deepen your awareness and understanding of your needs, desires, and patterns of relating, so you may experience a more authentic and fulfilling life. Our goal is to help you discover your strengths so you can thrive at being your unique self, and gain the “knowing” that you deserve the happiness you desire. Walk in faith during your journey, and complete your process with self-confidence and direction.

The Faith Factory provides a nonjudgmental, compassionate lens on mental health and life challenges
What is a Mental Health Disorder?
A Mental Health Disorder involves changes in thinking, mood and or behavior. This can affect how we interact with others, and how we relate to the world we live in.
The Faith Factory has teamed up with Milwaukee County Behavior Health Division (BHD) to provide Psychotherapy services within the Adult CCS program. CCS is a comprehensive behavior health program that supports individuals in their journey by focusing recovery efforts on the whole person. It is an integrated behavioral health program that offers an array of services utilizing professional, community, and natural supports to achieve psychosocial stabilization.
To qualify for this program, you must have T-19 insurance, have a mental health diagnosis, and meet criteria for outpatient level of care services.
What is Addiction?
An addiction is defined as a repetitive behavior that is difficult to control and affects your life negatively in several different areas such as relationships, mental health, education/employment, physical Health and spiritual wellbeing.
The Faith Factory has trained AODA therapists to guide individuals through the process of learning to live without the behaviors that hinder personal happiness and growth. We work with Milwaukee County Behavior Health Division (BHD) to assist individuals in gaining a Recovery Support Coordinator to assist in building a recovery- based lifestyle. RSC workers can support with locating permanent housing, educational advancement programs, employment assistance, and connecting with the AODA recovery community.
We offer Individual and Group therapy services that address addictive behavioral patterns and substance use.

March 6
ThriveOn King
Let’s Talk B-4 the Crisis is a community-centered panel discussion focused on suicide prevention, early intervention, and the power of connection.
This event is rooted in the belief that community itself is the intervention and that meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and accessible resources can save lives before a crisis occurs.
This panel will bring together community leaders, mental health professionals, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to engage in honest dialogue around mental health, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
Through storytelling, education, and resource sharing, we aim to create a safe, inclusive space where participants feel seen, heard, and supported.
The discussion will emphasize Courage to speak openly, Connection to one another, and Suicide Prevention through early support and community-based solutions. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn practical tools, connect with local resources, and take part in conversations that reduce stigma and strengthen collective wellness.
This event is open to community members, families, youth, educators, faith leaders, and anyone committed to healing, equity, and resilience. Together, we can talk before the crisis—and build a community where no one struggles alone.
